The item I got came with enhancements that many others lack. For instance, it features a revamped air nozzle and an additional cable for laser updates. They mistakenly sent me a Comgrow Z1 10-watt laser engraver. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

These folks really know their stuff. For sure, their customer service follow-up is way better than a lot of other businesses. I had some inquiries regarding my order, and in just 36 hours (considering they have a small team), they got back to me with answers and details. I’d totally suggest these folks!

"Shipping problem got sorted out in the end..."
I had a shipping problem that got sorted out eventually; still, when I first received a tracking number, I discovered a week later that it hadn’t shipped at all. Customer service suggests using email to communicate, which is okay, but I reckon when you’re talking to a rep on the phone, they ought to take care of issues right then and there with a real person.

The previous rating was spot on, but not anymore. I'm feeling pretty frustrated, and it seems like they’re falling short on their promises. At first, everything looked good, but then I found out they sold me something that wasn’t what it seemed. Now, they’re taking their sweet time to sort things out, just like they promised. Why’s it gonna take forever to get a refund? Seriously, what’s going on? They told me what I wanted to hear before, which is why I left that initial review. Now, it feels like I might be lucky to see my $3k again! I’ll be using my Apple card to dispute this.
These folks used to be the best I’ve ever encountered in customer service, always ready to answer questions and super efficient with orders. They really went above and beyond.

UPDATE: The additional spools I purchased for this machine aren’t compatible, even though it claims they should be. The heating element and the plate's temperature never reach the levels needed for the filament, resulting in a mess every single time with no adhesion. I’ve searched online, checked out YouTube tutorials, and consulted some experts, but despite all my adjustments, I’m still facing issues. It’s a spaghetti disaster, whether I use tape on the plate or not. Am I really stuck with two spools I can’t use?

I made my order on March 31, 2022, and my printer is still sitting in limbo. They keep saying it’s due to my location in Alaska and the whole Fulfillment by Amazon thing. I've tried calling multiple times to get some real answers instead of these lame excuses, but no one has returned my calls. Buyer beware!

I got myself a gweike laser machine. The delivery took around a month and a couple of weeks, but I was aware of that when I ordered. I was really happy to discover that my shipment included samples for practice, and I was pleased with how well 3D wholesale and DHL communicated. All in all, I enjoyed my experience and can’t wait to start using my laser machine!
